This venture began in 2017 when a whim, Adriana and James decided to record all the songs from the classic 1980 Queen album The Game, infusing as much classical music quotation that they could. (Dragon Attack is now Bach attack). Axes included toy piano, mandolin, ukulele, guitar, and grand piano. It took only 2 days to record and pleased with the result, they decided to keep going.

The next project is the acoustic piano/guitar album “Elephant in Fishnet.” [Remember what we said about buried references?] Elephant–> ivories…> piano keys. Fishnet—>nylon—>nylon-string guitar. These are more nuanced, subtle arrangements with classic like “Hallelujah,” “Bette Davis Eyes,” “Daytripper”…..just to name a few.
